Specialist Surgeon Obstetrician-Gynaecologist Michalis Petrallis was born in Nicosia. He completed his basic education at the Kykkos High School for Boys and enlisted in the army for 2 years in 1971 for his national conscription.

 

He was admitted to the Łódź Medical Academy in Poland in 1974, where he graduated in 1981.

 

He then studied at the Medical Academy of Poznan from 1981 to 1988, where he acquired the specialty of Obstetric Gynaecology. He worked during this time in various hospitals in Poland.

 

Returning to Cyprus in 1988, he has been working since then in the private sector in the area of Famagusta, serving the fields of Obstetrics as well as Surgical Gynaecology.

 

He is married with three children.
